I've just come back from an excellent 2 weeks at the Oasis, first time on my own. I love this place been to it many times but this is the first time after the travel restrictions were put in place from Covid. Food is great a wonderful choice to pick from in the restaurant, did the a la carte which was great I had the lamb shank and the meat just fell of the bone & the BBQ. book early on the app as the places go very quickly. Weather on my first week was very very hot up into the 40's with a red weather warning issued for heat, but it cooled down on my second week. Rising again on my departure day. I hired a car from DDS for 6 days cost €140, with a holding deposit of €200 which was cancelled once the car was returned and inspected for damage. The staff here are great very polite and will do anything to help. Special thanks to Demetri, Жанна & Sophi in the mokka cafe, Asta and the rest of the staff who were all excellent. Entertainment crew are also very good and are great with the kids, I Played killer pool at 3:15 each day I didn't win but it was fun to join in. Oh and thanks to Ashley for the lucky pen at bingo haha. I met some great people here and will definately be back. If your worried about the bad reviews being posted on here don't just go and enjoys your holiday.

stayed in the hotel from 13 June 2024 till the 18 June 2024 .our room was very nice and roomy , all and staff were very polite and very helpful .the catering facilites was very good and lots of food to choose from also Mocha cafe ,zeta cocktail bar ,karat pool brand the Leto bar are all great facilities ,the hotel is great place to spend your holiday .I enjoyed my stay so much I rebook an other stay at the hotel from 23/6/24 till 29/6/24 .I had a wonderful stay at the Atlantica Oasis Hotel (ALL STAFF ARE WONDERFUL)

Wow.. where to begin? What a fantastic experience we have had. I am shocked by the bad reviews- they are completely unfounded and I wish I could reply on the hotel’s behalf! Visited for just one week mid-June and have been absolutely blown away by everything. Wish we had stayed longer. Facilities are great, plenty of options in the evenings from casual drinks to the entertainment, good variety each night from dance acts, live music, and of course activities for the kids, bingo, etc. More importantly, and what really made out stay special, was the staff. They are absolutely phenomenal. Me and my girlfriend are not too demanding as holiday guests, but every single one of our needs were catered for with passion and a desire to please. The whole team works so hard, and not just the customer-facing staff. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the young chap who is constantly collecting glassware from the pool area on the trolley with a smile, the restaurant team, the entertainment staff, the adults-only bar staff, the maintenance team, the reception staff, and I’m sure there are even more behind the scenes working hard to make sure everyone is catered for- the potwashes, the chefs, the room cleaning team etc. Every single one of the staff you pass in the hallway has a smile on their face and will always say hello, have a lovely day. There are a few names to mention, and I wish I’d remembered everyones names but heres a few who really made it special: Andreas, the woman and the bloke from the pool bar. Adam, Olga, Ana, Dimitris, Ravi from the Zeta bar. Success from the restaurant team. Phillipe from reception who greeted us very warmly. The very busy red-headed Southend girl from the ents team who is doing activities from the early morning round the pool through into the evening entertainment and then evening singing late night in the adults bar. There are so many more who made it special, and I wish I got everyone’s name but it really is a team effort. So thank you all for making our two year anniversary so special. We spent most of our nights in the adults Zeta bar after the entertainment and despite only being there a week, Ana knew it was always going to be a kir royal and a pepsi no ice and remembered our room number every time. Likewise the pool bar team knew it was going to be a tequila sunrise and pepsi no ice. The attentiveness is second to none. Nice variety of food every night, changing every lunch and dinner too. Really comfortable beds too. So much more to say but I hope I’ve covered enough for everyone to understand what a great experience to expect by visiting here Thank you everyone at Atlantica Oasis!

I have just returned from a week at the Atlantica Oasis with friends, this is my sixth visit to this hotel and as usual I have come away a happy customer, as with most hotels there are minor issues, but on the whole a very pleasant experience, 30+ degree weather helps as well. Lets start with the staff, as always exceptional polite staff, dining hall staff were always happy and greeted you and led you to your table, I found Cris the guy who took our drinks orders to be a very helpful humorous guy, bar staff were amazing, led by Deme who as always had time for a chat whenever you were in the adult bar, weirdly the only staff who were a little off were the reception staff, but when I was speaking with them it was after a 12 hour day travelling and when I went to my room the key card didn't work, so it could have bee the situation instead of them. Food, as always plenty of food to be had, I found the food to be adequate, if you love pork you'll love this hotel, but always a decent range, the desserts were amazing, I always feel you could just do dessert with the range they do. Room, the rooms haven't changed in the 8-9 years I have been here, they are always clean and any problems are generally dealt with swiftly, we did have one issue with the water, but it was sorted within an hour or so, the rooms are cleaned wonderfully, I had an issue with my room not getting cleaned one day, but it could have been my fault as there is a switch which shows you want your room cleaned and I may have put the do not disturb on instead. Now in my time here the holidays have always been good, but to make them great you must have good entertainment and a good entertainment team, now the entertainment was on the whole pretty good, I did miss magician Paul Thomas, but he was replaced by a very good illusionist, we had an amazing night when they had a brilliant singer doing 50's to 90's music, loved it, I think his name was Adam Lynch and I was surprised to be entranced by a plate spinning juggler, but it was a good watch, but as always your daily entertainment was brought to you by the entertainment team, you could enjoy Darts, Pool, Water Polo, Water Aerobics and many more activities, this year there was a fantastic three women team led by a familiar face Ashlie who I met 2 years ago and wonderfully she remembered our group, not sure if that's good or bad, but always good to see a friendly face, Ashlie also entertained us in the adult bar with her singing, lets just say she did impress me much, she was joined by Nika who was amazing, always chatty and somehow smiley for 12 hours a day, she with Ashlie led most of the adult activities as well as the kids disco in the evening, normally you have one standout in the team, but these two were both outstanding and I thank them for making the quiet times on holiday enjoyable, I mustn't forget Sylvia who I didn't see much of as I think she did mostly the kids activities, but she did lead some of the adult stuff and

We are a couple in our late twenties that stayed at this hotel for 8 days and it was exactly what we wanted! We were very skeptical about this holiday after reading some of the trip advisor reviews recently, but all I can say is please ignore them and enjoy your holiday here!! Room - We were on the 5th floor overlooking the entrance of the hotel and the sunrise from our room was stunning. The room was clean, we had fresh towels everyday and the bed was super comfortable. The room also had a TV with all the English channels and the air con worked a treat! There was also a safe in the room, which was an extra charge and mini fridge to keep any drinks or food. I couldn’t have wanted anything more from a room. Hotel - There are 3 pools, the main pool area, inside pool and the adults only pool, the adults only pool is much smaller but does get the sun pretty much all day. There is also a gym, spa, hairdressers and small shop all located inside the hotel. Food - Breakfast if your standard breakfast items, including hot and cold options. Lunch & Dinner always had a huge variety and also had a large selection of salad items, bread and pastries. There is also the Mocha Café which serves food from 10-6 and this is great for a lighter lunch or afternoon snacks (toasties, sandwiches, salads, cakes, pastries & sausage rolls) Drinks - There were plenty of drinks options available during the day and evening. A selection of wines, beers (Keo & Carlsberg), cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks were served at all bars. There are also several water stations around the hotel where you are able to fill up your reusable bottles with fresh cold drinking water. Would definitely recommend brining a reusable bottle and then you are able to take water back up to your room and keep it cold in the fridge. Pool Areas - They are clean, people constantly coming round collecting empty glasses and emptying bins. We spent a few days round the adults pool which was lovely and quiet, it has its own bar and toilet facilities and also has a shaded area under a large canopy with chairs and tables. The only downside to the adult pool is that most people were waiting to reserve sunbeds from 7:30am, so we only managed to spend 2 days by this pool and I think this was due to a change over at the hotel and less people being there. The main pool area is a lot busier, as expected, but we did still manage to get a sun-bed before 8:30am, but I think you’d struggle after this time if you haven’t reserved. Most sunbeds we found were being reserved from 7:30am onwards, especially those poolside, but you cannot reserve any sunbeds prior to 7:30am. The only downside I have of the pool is that the actual pools themselves aren’t very clean, there is a green algae around the edge of both outdoor pools and the drains surrounding the pools smelt badly. Entertainment - They did lots of activities during the day such as aqua Zumba, water polo, darts, pool and football. They also had pool parties

Currently on holiday at this hotel and after reading previous reviews we didn’t really know what hat to expect. Well overall it’s pretty decent , some areas are dated but they do a decent job keeping on top of the maintenance. Pool area is nice and there are plenty on sun loungers, no reserving before 7.30 works reasonably well most days. Always find something to eat in the restaurant and the food is pretty good for an AI. Drink situation is odd as you have an AI wristband but still have to give a room number when ordering. The hotel is very family driven so if you don’t have kids and are looking for a chilled break , this is not the place in my opinion . Not sure I would rate it as a 4 star but it certainly ticks the boxes for a decent holiday . Not too much going on directly outside of the hotel but a short bus trip to the marina and old town is defo worth the visit.

We had a great stay here and couldn't really find fault. The previous negative reviews do seem slightly over the top. There are plenty of sunbeds, every body you speak to is really friendly and the food was great. We had a junior suite over looking the adult pool / entertainment area and never had any issues with noise. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. One of out party has a gluten allergy and the food was very clearly marked for allergies. The head chef, "Gregory", was absolutely amazing and really looked after us. The cats people complained about are no issue. The hotel actively looks after these and ensures they are seen to by a vet on regular intervals. The only reason why we haven't given it a 5 star review is just due to the pregnancy massage my wife received and the entertainment being quite average. The masseuse actually didn't know what she was doing for this, however this could be simply that the original masseuse was unavailable. Other than the above it was great and we would definitely book again.

Amazing holiday. Food was lovely with an amazing variety of vegetarian options. We had a great stay and loved the atmosphere. One of the entertainment staff (think her name was Ashley?) was so great and made sure our holiday was special. We also lived her zumba sessions!
